GRANT COUNTY LAND FOR SALE ON BIDS
Bids will be received for the following real estate legally described as follows: NE Quarter, Section 32, Township 132 North, Range 90 West, Grant County, North Dakota. (155.99 acres).
Bids are to be submitted to Schock Real Estate, Inc., PO Box 239, New Leipzig, ND 58562 and received by Monday, September 8, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. MDT, and must have LAND BID written on the outside of the envelope. Written bids must include the legal description, the bid amount per acre, the complete name, address and phone number of the bidder. Bids will be opened privately, and the top three bidders will be notified and will have the option of raising their bid orally and in person, on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 am MDT, at the office of Schock Real Estate, Inc. in New Leipzig, ND.
Terms of Sale: Cash, with 10% down with the signing of an Earnest Money/Purchase Agreement on September 10, 2025, by the highest bidder after oral bid raising. Balance is due within thirty (30) days of the signing of the Earnest Money/Purchase Agreement at closing, on or before October 10, 2025. Real estate taxes will be prorated between seller and buyer to date of closing. Title will be transferred by Warranty Deed with possession given at closing. Seller will provide an updated abstract.
